Dining at Ukkokei was not planned. It was Sunday and we were playing volleyball in CSA in Dasmarinas Village. Just imagine that we came all the way from Makati to Quirino Ave just to eat at a Ramen House knowing that there's ample of restaurant chains around the area from Greenbelt, Glorietta to Bonifacio Global City. BUT!...There's a But. But I will never regret going all the way here just to find out that their Ramens are one of the best in town.
SHIO TAN TAN MIEN
I'll go directly to their best seller. Only served, during dinner time, Shio Tan Tan Mien is a spicy salt based soup with ground chicken. I have to honestly say that this tops all the ramen that I tasted. You should also order Ajitamago as it goes very well with your hot and spicy ramen.
Volleyball friends with me ordering different types of ramen, so that we'll know which ramen is the best. I ordered Miso Chasu with Ajitamago. It is also good, but not as good as the first-mentioned ramen

AFTER ONE WEEK
If I enjoyed dining at a restaurant, I always make sure that my partner will also have the chance to experience that sumptuous dinner. It's either I bring him to the restaurants that I've tried that's good, or we'll try to dine in together in a restaurant we haven't tried before
The first thing that needs to improve is their signage. It really is hard to notice their signage. The street where the restaurant is located is one way. If you notice in the picture, the left corner signage is clearer while the right side isn't, and the clearer signage is facing the opposite direction so you wouldn't easily notice it. Better change the panaflex.
I give this restaurant a rate of 10 out of 10. You better get here earlier because if the soup ran out of stock, it means they are close whether it's not yet closing time :) Don't say I didn't warn you hahahaha
