@yummiesbyerika

People who have sweet tooth, this post is for you

YUMMIES by ERIKA

Sweetlovers! My friend Erika King is selling sweets made by her. Started two months ago, she named her business venture as @yummiesbyerika. She's selling flavored pastillas, Oreo Cheesecake cookies and Nutty Stone.

Wrapped in Japanese Papers are her assorted pastillas. Flavors are coffee, almond, milk and strawberry. Yummy!

The one that's inside the peach plastic is the oreo cheesecake cookie. My comment here is that the cheese overpowered the flavor of oreo. But it's still good.

And the best of all is her Nutty Stone. Its sweetness is just right. Moist and flavorful. I love it!

Here are the prices:

I may not have a sweet tooth but I know how to appreciate sweets and pastries...and these are included in my list.

It comes in different packages

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

She's also making a new recipe now called cheesecake cups...coming soon....in theaters near you hahaha kidding. It's still under experiment. I'm excited to try it out.

Erika Jale King is an HRM graduate from St. Scholastica College batch 2008. She has great interest in baking since high school but has no idea yet in Baking 101, so she made and sold flavored pastillas for a starter. Then college came where she temporarily stopped her mini business to enhance her cooking skills. She again pursues her mini business after graduation with No-bake Cheesecake and chocolates as an addition to her menu. She even made them as a giveaway for the wedding of her sister.

Fact: At first, she focused on desserts that don't require baking. They had their oven when she was already in college, but doesn't know how to operate it yet. She even got scared of using it when her mom used it for the first time to make blueberry muffin but ended up burnt. But her fear did not become a hindrance to learn and bake.

She stopped again when she started working. Overwhelmed by her workload in her adjustment period, she didn't have time to make pastries. But now that she's used to her daily routine in her work, her business reborn again.
